you've either seen it before on others and forgot about it because it wasn't pertinent data or you consume media which ignores it when one side does it but highlights it when another side does because again, it's not pertinent data when biden does it because he's not a religious nutjob but obviously when rubio does it then it's a clear sign he's a nutjob

i believe that's what roc was hinting at, that what rubio did was normal and thus he didn't understand what the "is this photoshopped" question could be about - i think it was a little too subtle for most to get, that or my roc whispering skills are in sharp decline

No I wasn't watching fox news, I looked for a well known site to post a link here cause I know people are dismissing lot of sites.
I actually thought it was fake because I saw it 2 days ago and when looking for it I didn't find it.
I am never logged in google and I don't save history on most of the sites so I don't exactly have tuned pages.

I honestly had no idea what it was and yes , I probably saw it before and thought it looked weird too.
The point is that it was on secretary of state on tv, not at church or home, and I found it unusual from my point of view.
It convey meaning.

That being said if it's normal in USA I see no problem with it at all, as long as USA doesn't try to export this.

I'm gonna explain to you exactly step by step because this is unreal at this point.

preambule:
I never go on twitter, instagram , tiktok or whatever you can think of.
Most of the news I get are from on top of my head :
associated press
reuters
guardian
bbc
new york time
fox news
cnn
washington post
wall street journal
marketwatch
etc...

I wouldn't describe any of them as extremist news companies (fox is debatable).

I saw probably a page in one of these and thought it was weird but didn't read or think about it anymore.
It lasted probably 5 seconds and closed it.
I then 2 days later searched for it again to see what it was, and actually had a very hard time to find it considering I had no idea who rubio was nor the cross.
Found multiple answers and refined my search to:
marc rubio cross on forehead

The results looked like it was all from non reliable sites I never heard of before .
Here's literally the pics:

I scrolled until I found something that would go toward credibility.
Fox news would never put something that makes this guy look bad (now that I know who he is), hence it's confirmed not fake.
My method was probably garbage but it's very far from what you describe.
