Coordi takes more laissez-faire approach. He/she doesn't fight with users about moderation, publicly announce bans (which will lead to arguments), or take shots at them. They also don't seem to be thrive on conflict. Then there are interactions like the one from posts 7431-7440.
He/She also stopped getting mad entirely at other posters. A very cool customer, imo.

Bragging about who was banned or given a timeout was just an unnecessary flex.

i think it was good to post reasons for bans because people usually asked anyway - especially not so much why or how but for how long
It was never a brag; it was meant to be transparency.
An unnecessary flex would be to call out that your user notes mention Islamophobia, bigotry against the LGBTQ community, and antisemitism as reasons for your past bans.
