If he says Trump Tower is the tallest building in NYC and many people living in NYC say it's not, then it's very, very likely to be a lie.
When he details the sexual assaults he has committed on women, and 28 women accuse him of assaulting them sexually in the same way, it's very, very likely to be true.
As for locker rooms*, I have never heard anyone bragging (interesting word you picked there) about sexually assaulting women. I have heard people lying about having consensual sex; I have heard people say they'd love to bang so and so, but I have never heard anyone admit to date raping. Pretty sure if a dude is "bragging" about sexual assault, dude sexually assaults people.
