Moderation Questions
The last iteration of the moderation discussion thread was a complete disaster. Numerous attempts to keep it on topic fa
You're welcome although you're the ones who think you are the internet security experts
You think you know and you don't. I know we don't know
And really crappy Supertramp tubes. Never forget them.
The worst of the 1970s, brought to us by chezlaw.
The geniuses are really put out today.
Sorry mates
You set yourself up for it by being so deliberately opaque.
If you took the same amount of time again to write a post and achieved some clarity you might get more positive responses.
Set myself for upsetting you geniuses?
Sorry again mates
I can imagine it's hard to express your thoughts coherently and legibly with one hand fully dedicated to the delivery of alcohol into the blood stream, but if you could at least try it would be appreciated.
I think you and D2 are more interested in the trolling etc than the understanding.
Is that clear enough?
If that were the case your posting "style" wouldn't attract so much flak.
I've always been interested in your points of view but unfortunately your inability or lack of desire to express them clearly is a huge disappointment.
That doesn't follow but ok mate. Hopefully you still understood the previous post.
There you go with those nuggets again chez. Veritable font of nuggets, you.
You're welcome as always.

I think that's a clear enough statement. Sorry if you can't grasp it.

My non-IT brain is saying: 100% it's not a gross mistake, negligence, etc. Probably not malicious or they would have shut the site down.
I think people are vastly underestimating the amount of data on this site and the potency of ai scrapers, etc. Just 1 hitting this site is probably like 10K humans showing up.
And at least due to their absences I've learned how many non-humans I've been arguing with ; )

How would one monetise the already publically available data that an AI scraper (or any other method) can gather from this site? Publish an NLHE strategy book with top tips from 2008?
Collected wisdom of internet genius chezlaw. Sure to be a best seller.
The geniuses are really put out today.
Sorry mates
One would think that if this data were so valuable, I might take the time to bypass the state of the art checks by ticking the "I am a human" checkbox myself, then launch my AI scraper and let it go to town. Doesn't seem like a huge time investment for the veritable gold mine that this site apparently is.

I can't get to 100% but it would be pretty impressive disinterest for the site to not have noticed the problem and be attempting to resolve it.
Wait, I know!
Spoiler
1. Scrape 2+2 forum
2. ???
3. Profit
Sounds like you understood fine.
