You never know, he could have been pissed off with Trump from the right. "Didn't subjugate minorities enough, let jews replace us, didn't get me laid" sort of thing. Not saying there is any evidence he was, but best to have all the facts before drawing conclusions.

I don't doubt there are many Republicans who would be happy to see Trump removed from the picture.

If he gets re-elected he's Commander in Chief, no? I wouldn't be shocked if he gave himself a purple heart for something that happened when he was a civilian.

Wouldn't shock me either but I'm not aware of anyone that has joined the military and got a purple heart for a previous civilian injury
Hi friends, so I’ve deleted several posts from the thread. Going forward, I’d like to remind everyone that glorifying violence is against the rules of this forum, and that does include violence against Trump, regardless of where you stand politically. It’s not acceptable to post things along the lines of wishing he’d been killed or similar sentiments etc. Please keep that in mind as further posts of that nature will be deleted and repeat offenders will be subject to escalating moderation.
