I would think that just because hunter can't be tried for any crime during that time doesn't mean there can't be an investigation done to see if joe was involved. Poor old Joe that will be his legacy pardoning his son. Who here thinks his son was not guilty? Was going to enter into a plea deal. Then at the last minute pulled out. And then was tried and found guilty by a trial by jury in a Delaware court of all places in a Democrat state and the home of the Biden's.
