NO I said i would lose respect for Joe Biden if he did not pardon his son as its the fatherly thing to do. I also said he would no matter what he promised the American People. Though his statement is full of lies about it being a political prosecution and others would not have faced this punishment

loosing respect for someone because of family matters is definitely a thing... loosing respect for someone because of dereliction of duty is also a thing.

Pardoning a son is not the worst thing about an empowered Joe Biden, there are DEFINITELY many many more things that are attributable to him that are far worse.

So, just hypothetically speaking, suppose when Trump officially takes office and he then proves the 2020 election was stolen, everything sleepy joe did becomes null and void including crack boy's pardon.

This is like saying there are people still in jail for Criminal Contempt of Court or Unauthorized Possession of Confidential information (common crimes for which Trump issued specific pardons)

My view is the pardon process at present is a silly concept, and rather than specific people being pardoned, various charges should be pardoned and everyone guilty thereof, ought be pardoned.

I would think that just because hunter can't be tried for any crime during that time doesn't mean there can't be an investigation done to see if joe was involved. I'm not sure what good proving joe was taking money to sell influence would do though. Trump ended joe and kamala's political careers and I don't think repubs can tie the whole dem party to joe even if they did prove joe was selling political influence.
