What is the worst possible winning hand in NLHE?

Both players start with 32, and the board runs out 98754 (with no flush possible).
Both players start with 54, and the board runs out 98732 (with no flush possible).
Both players start with 98, and the board runs out 75432 (with no flush possible).

These are just 3 of 21 possible ways for both players to end up with a final hand of 98754. If one of them bets the river and the other folds, the bettor wins with 98754. If they both check the river, they both win with 98754.
