I couldn't see a path to get this in 2, only in 3 turns

the only reason I'd ever go crime - 3 there is if 3/4 of their top 4 words were ours and the other was neutral

so fence/australia/genius/pipe was their list, as you pointed out, and fence was neutral

thus I clued it turn 2 so you could guess fence and unblock and then I do unlimited and you pickup the right 3 next turn

I'm not really ever worried about neutral blockers if it's not the final turn; you guess them this turn and then unlimited the next, so they are barely an inconvenience
