I'd be more than amazed if anyone wins (loses) given the rules and our starting word.
27 WOOZY
28 SHUSH
29 VIVID
30 JAZZY
31 MUMMY
01 FLUFF
02 QAJAQ
03 ZIPPY
04 JUJUS
05 PLAZA
06 WOOZY
07 SHUSH
We can do one more cycle of these starting words and then decide to keep them or pick new ones.
How about I keep some scores from the 29th to the 7th. 1 point for every wrong answer submitted, high score wins. Tie break can be number of successfully lost games.
28 SHUSH
Spoiler
Almost put SAVVY at the end.
SHUSH
SCOFF
SIGIL
SPANK

SAMMY
For all the misses I'm curious the best (lowest) score.
Scoring is for the final submission, not all cumulative guesses: 2 points per green, 1 point per yellow
Spoiler
this round I got a 5 which seems pretty good. who can beat it? It's probably already been beaten in previous rounds.
I don't like that scoring system. The challenge is to lose wordle. You lose by using up all your turns without getting it right.
Spoiler
Recently people cleverly went for DAUNT, VAUNT, JAUNT to avoid HAUNT
. It's a clever strategy that shouldn't be scired worse than someone who guessed plausible words along the way and just got lucky.
People want to guess FROGS because it couldn't possibly be the word and not shy away from it because that's a likely place for the R or O.
People want to guess MAMMA because it only uses 2 letters and not shy away from it because of a likely green A.

They cleverly were forced to do that because they got themselves in a pickle with _AUNT
Not being in that pickle is better imo.
Of course, yes, it's mostly just luck on any given game.
I'm also not suggesting a week long scoring fest like this. Failing is winning in this format.
Just an interesting way to look at successful fails...how far away from the answer you were in a measurable way.
Something silly like getting pleasure when trying to solve and getting only greens, or interesting patterns.
I'm on board with it as a side quest 👍
It would also be cool to see how long you could go for if it didn't end at 6. 9 might be max.
