thought aside was used before..

Screenshot isn't working but I went ADIEU/ABIDE for a 2 wahey, didn't even think of ASIDE

When there seems only two possible answers, not sure how S could be better than B or vice versa? S is more frequently used in words than B thus gives more info for future turns, but seeing as it "solved" in 2 no matter which letter you pick, I don't see advantage to one over the other.

I mean assuming the 2 possible options were ABIDE or AVIDE you're probably going ABIDE because avide is a irregular, dumb word and less likely. Yes I just made up avide.

Point being if there's 2 options should give some thought as to which is more likely to be the chosen answer. I agree abide and aside are quite close. Felt better going ABIDE for no real reason

Yeah, as we agree, not really a factor in this case as abide and aside probably a coin toss as to being in common use and not obscure, but I agree that what you are saying has to be considered. ABIDE and AVIDE would not be a flip, and I think most people would lean common over obscure.
