why bold Czech? it wasn't on our list before and it's pretty weak for station

I really think roll is ours but am fine not guessing it yet since it's AI clue; if a human, then we would have gotten a less ambiguous 0 clue, but alas

we have 5 words if these 2 are right, so that leaves just 3 to go; should be able to clear up roll and finish up the round next turn if we get another turn

If roll is wrong tho it can be very difficult to snap off a 3...and for all we know it could be assassin

I think there's more of a benefit to guessing something that could even be theirs and getting us down to 2 than passing and having to snap off a 3combo(especially if roll isn't our which I don't think it is)

Why do you say roll is 90% ours? I guess this is the big disagreement - I think playground is an active clue away from Roll, you're convinced otherwise.

I think there's way easier ways to get just park than playground but it's AI so we don't know but still

So with that, what do you want to do? Again I think the downside of giving them one is really low and the upside is extremely high so even a blind guess is worth it IMO as long as we avoid any assassins

There is no reason to just guess blindly so we need to pass if not guessing roll

I think your issue with leaving roll after the pass is that you want some other random word after pass as a Hail Mary

I’m saying if you don’t agree with roll then just pass and leave as backup

If it’s ours, we are good; if not ours, he’ll clue like he planned when he did this 0 clue

Works if roll is ours or not ours

Option b:

Guess random word

If assassin we lose, if theirs then they only need 3 more potentially which gives them the game lots of times

If ours, we are in better position next turn

If neutral we are in same position but may unblock their clue and help them

Roll

Random word

If roll is ours great; if not ours, then we still took a free shot with random word after pass so could still get 2 clue next turn

Roll shouldn’t be assassin with that clue tho it being AI gives it a 1% shot

I like option A, am fine with option C; not a huge fan of option B; we are in the lead and he EXPECTED us to guess these 2 and maybe roll and then be done so his plan has us with either 3 words next turn or 2+roll; he’s good with that so we should be also

Park was our 3rd word on list so he coulda done normal clue to get us to get other words and makeup desk, but he did 0 clue so he is expecting us to have 2-3 words next turn depending on roll; passing or guessing roll keeps with what he expects; guessing a word from left field does not keep with his expectations

What specifically would you want to do?

My issue is I think he's clueing us off roll, and you think roll is ours.

Which fine, but let's at least take a strategic route where we're not completely screwed if it's not ours. I don't want to put all of our eggs into Roll is ours basket, and if top of our list is assassin that is no extra help

Option A: if roll isn't ours, we're in rough shape needing a smooth 3 clue for last 3 words
Option B: seems way best, very unlikely to hit blind assassin when given a 0 clue, assassin is most likely park or possibly roll. If we hit one of theirs they'll still need 4, not 3. If we hit one of ours it's absolutely fantastic
Option C: even worse than option A, if Roll is assassin we just lose on the spot

If roll isn’t ours then he chose a 0 clue even tho top word of list was ours knowing that he would have to clue 3 next turn

He didn’t expect us to hit a 3 outer random word as a guess here

I just think in case we are wrong about roll (lots of better clues to ensure we are off roll) then having it as backup is good

They have a makeup word so only need 3 if we give them one and their makeup is right

Giving them a word gives them the game pretty often so it is a risk

I don’t like it, but if you insist on taking a random guess, then at least leave roll top of list so he doesn’t have to reclue it the times that it is ours

How about we do Button for the third and then leave Roll at the top?

It has some station equity, and then if park does end up being ours we have it at the top of our list and just need a 2 clue as you say
