Eyooo great job!! That was the "cuteness"/cute fun fact I was thinking, got kinda lucky on the f6 confirmer cause I was actually thinking filthy, as soon as I posted i thought man shoulda thrown f3/f6 in there too for fly and forgot it was luckily the same amount of letters

Nah, my g6/g7 was german/germans. Very common here, but I wasn't totally sure how well known they are elsewhere. Google seemed to confirm they are also common in America tho.

This seems like a very strange word to be on the board imo.
F8 is acually great for it assuming it doesn't shadowfax. E4 and f6 are decent confirmers.
F8 is probably the only thing that could get this in 1 so I think it's worth the risk. I think it's pretty well known.
F8 first came to mind before I even knew there was an F on the board. Gotta do that imo.

Yeah, it was something you'd either get immediately or have no chance at all. He did make a bunch of movies (including French Connection that he won an Oscar for), but he's definitely best known for Exorcist.

Weird word to have really and it's pretty hard to clue for without using the movie, especially with just 1 clue left.
