In this thread, we will play a new word game called Sides. It's somewhat similar to codenames, but cooperative and diff

I may have drafted it in the most boring (worst? Forget exact category) Olympic event draft category or maybe someone else did?

If it was for Olympic event, lots of options to hint that they didn’t
If it was for horse why no p4 for pony
If it was for pony why no m2 l5 for My Little
Seems horse related as they all knew d8 was dressage, which not a lot of words seem like you’d think of dressage
It’s basically the equivalent of a dog show for horses and not a popular or well known event
I do always enjoy when we mention shadowfax for horse clues, tho
Maybe something like parade? Or showcase?
I'll need to think some more too
when everyone knows what d8 is, especially when it's a word like dressage, we can work backwards to figure out what would make them think of that when someone mentions d8
olympics and other things like that are a no go; 4 different people aren't thinking of dressage from an Olympic target word
that means it has to be something related to horseback riding
then m5 is mount and a8 is accident and it's a target that seemed super tough at first (and is without dressage or saddle or a few others as a side letter), and it just is, literally, horseback riding
struggling to come up with other good options
they didn't clue pony or mustang I think to keep us from the simple terms like horse or saddle or equestrian
trying to think of another word or words that people would instantly think of dressage when someone mentions d8
parade/showcase stuff would not get people thinking of dressage
they could have mentioned polo for horseback riding confirmer tho
but it's tough thinking of something else...dressage is a horseback riding event and isn't really thought of otherwise
equestrian is the only other option I can think of right now, though I still think we get the obvious pony reference from someone there

Nah, you’d get lance, Lancelot, medieval, etc. for joust/knight/etc words
Dressage is like the Westminster dog show, but instead of walking next to the dog with a leash, they ride on the horse while they walk around and get points for being such a good boy
The target has to be something that would actually make you think of dressage, not the other way around

i'm just gonna go horseback riding as I can't think of anything else that would get 4 separate people to think of dressage
