I wonder how I can hint to it cause I think you'd like it a good bit. There's an M8 that I think is decent and would probably be my pick if we don't do A7, it's in the same domain. Pretty different domain from the 2 M4s

shake: malt would be the clue
coffee: a7 would be arabica bean; m9 would be machiatto; the most obvious m5 mocha wasn't mentioned; can't think of an m7 right now
tea: t6 for Tetley woulda been mentioned; also m5 for matcha

eggs: can't think of many words for m/a/t for eggs right now
honey: same as eggs
cookies: m7 would be monster; a7 no clue; they woulda just clued macaraon/macaroon for cookie tho for 1 shot
cheese: muenster woulda been the clue

cow: angus woulda been mentioned; moo woulda been the clue though
goat: same as eggs/honey

milk from mother: mammals or mammaries would be the clues; a7 would be anatomy; t4 for tits woulda been mentioned

if it was mammal then they'd go mammary before milk I'd think, as mammary only refers to mammals while milk has lots of connections (see post above)

Yeah I’ll look again when I’m home; if nothing comes to mind then will just throw something out there to keep it moving

every word that has to do with milk just doesn't make sense to me yet

there is chocolate milk, but Mars or Musketeers or Milky maybe? I can't think of an a7 for chocolate tho

I woulda mentioned t7 for Talenti, but they may not know that brand
can't think of an a7 for m7 for ice cream tho; a la mode is a7 but isn't one word

for dairy I can't think of many words for m/a/t besides milk/muenster/Activia to get dairy products

I think t4 for tofu gets mentioned for soy
for almond, you have amaretto and macadamias
for rice I'm not sure, but milk isn't the first thought for sure

farm and agriculture are two other options

if farm, then agriculture a11 woulda been the clue
for agriculture, I'm not sure; moo, mulch, acres, t7 for tractor woulda been mentioned
