It's when someone needs to be taken to the hospital by helicopter. At least that's where I've heard it used (medical evacuation I believe)

Yeah I think we should go for it. Stretcher was the only thing I could think of since sometimes the patient is lifted by stretcher, but ambulance seems like a winner

i thought of an l5 and an l6 but both would likely lead to other words. probably better as confirmers if they think of the target word first, or maybe just ignored
there's a P6 that requires some knowledge and could go a few ways but our target should be at least one of the mentioned words
