if lab was ours he'd have gone with an unlimited clue as that was next on our list after glass

Oh yeah lol, you might tell a kid to 'take a hike' but other than that and Fence can't see anything else, if it's one of the countries i'd go Greece over Germany I think that's more well known for hiking places

to be clear, unlimited means guess down the list; I don't want you reordering your list as I plan my turns based on your prior list

the only time you 'skip first one and guess 2nd' on unlimited is when there is one word left that I didn't clue this turn; by not cluing n-1 I denied top word being correct; by not cluing a number, I told you something on list is good, so you know it's #2 on the list

but the 90% use case for unlimited, and 100% when there is more than 1 left to guess beyond what I just clued, is to guess top n of my list (n up to prior clued number)

forge was for dwarf, degree, glass...anything made of glass was forged, dwarves are known for forging tools, and a forge runs at a very high degree; pit and paper both make sense but I missed pit; glass was the reason I used forge and not just blacksmith or anvil or similar word

driftwood was for just wave+trunk...I shoulda clued swimsuit instead to get kid in there with wave/trunk but wouldn't have mattered

hike was for kid, poison (ivy/oak/sumac), eagle, day...day and eagle are obvious; kids thinking of scouts (but couldn't clue scout bc didn't want military meaning for Germany, etc.)

I don't get jet for hike tho; just because you could (very rarely) hear a jet when hiking in the woods? or is there some other connection there?
