It's not higher than 13. When you think "durable" car windshield doesn't come to mind. I've had my windshield replaced once and repaired twice in the last 3 years from trucks kicking rocks into my car. I do agree that it's probably close to 11, but I might lean lower.

and also it was probably damaged by rocks hitting it at like 60 mph, right?

Would the regular exterior of the car be lower than the windshield? Feel it's pretty flimsy

i'm on lower. it's glass. i'm guessing when they ship car windshields in a box, the box says fragile on it.

they are durable for what they are, but they are still glass.

i dont think you say anything glass related unless its on the fragile side.

got a rock in our windshield 2 years ago. started out as a little speck and over time it spread to a massive crack across the whole windshield. could've got it squared off right away and allieviated further issues, and just had a little knick there forever, but only cost $200 deductible to replace whole windshield.

25 years ago, the back windshield of my station wagon also smashed to pieces when we had a tv in the back and shut the hatch down on it.
