Yeah, I don’t know who Günter is or what they did, but they were certainly German.
If a scientist, then genius/lab/microscope seem like decent words to go with after German. German/genius/lab probably is always clued Einstein, so maybe microscope is in the mix. Or perhaps Günter studied diseases.
We’re going to have to guess until we can’t anymore, and I’d say German + Genius are the top two knowing nothing specific about the clue.

i don’t see a lot of “doctor” words beyond disease. Organ maybe, but that’s a stretch. Degree is out because then we’re back to Einstein. I’m not bolding ambulance just because this person might be a doctor. And I still think we bold genius next.
