Seeking coach for online NL5

Hi 2+2 folks,

I'm seeking an NL5 coach to help me beat NL5 and move to higher stakes.

I've been playing for 1 year (Bovada and now ACR), with a few live games (1/3) at my local casino.
I have ~50k hands, over 180 hours with a bb/100 at -0.8 as of today's session.
I have a HUD (Drivehud 2) and started to learn a bit GTO but it's still unclear most of the time.

I feel like I can beat NL5, but the -0.8 says otherwise eh eh.
I want to improve my game (mostly online) and reach NL10/NL25 at some point.

Ideally, I'd like to do online "live" sessions, where I can work with the coach and explain my thoughts while playing.

(Timezone-wise, I'm based in California)
