4 Card PLO 6 max and HU coaching

I am an intermediate level player with mostly live experience trying to transition to online poker.

Currently I am subscribed to PLO Genius for GTO training and Upswingpoker but I need help structuring my study to maximize results.

I have about 160k hands of poker recorded which I need help analyzing. Someone familiar with how to analyze stats on Poker Tracker 4 would be greatly appreciated

I am about break even when factoring in all stakes

But I have done well at $.5-$1

I need help understanding the variance of online poker. I also need to work on soft skills like bankroll management and tilt management.
