unless they win it all next 2 years, feels like him and Tatum don't make the supermax on the same team together at any point
obviously if you win it all then you kinda just gotta bite the bullet
also contract doesnt kick in until '24-25 so his age 28 season
In the event the Celtics lose again this upcoming season and the C's want to trade J.Brown will there be many suitors willing to give up the farm for J.Brown on a 5 year $304m contract?
If they can trade him for the farm then this signing makes sense otherwise it's going to be rough having pay Brown + Tatum, go deep into the luxury tax with a team that has no shot of winning a title.
