2022-2023 Saw Manchester City’s Death Star become fully operational winning the Premier League with 89 points by e
I don't really care about this but there's quite a difference in a bunch of 20-23 yr olds with multiple seasons experience and the lads from our academy who barely have 45mins of senior professional football under their belt.
"the kids" narrative is just stupid when one team is a decent chunk older and more experienced on average than the team that is supposedly not "the kids".
the game was decided on klopp's decision to inject energy and tempo into the squad at the risk of potentially having inexperienced penalty takers, and Poch's decision to do the opposite and try and stabilize but keep the penalty takers he wanted out there who were gassed. Klopp's decision won.
a 27yr old crossed it to a 32 yr old who scored over a 23yr old that had fallen asleep. kids.
Everton get 4 points back on appeal…
Yea "kids" is probably the wrong term. It's more inexperienced children who probably collectively go for no more than 10m on the open market outside Conor Bradley who's had like 3 games as a senior player compared to experienced children who Chelsea just did a #FSGOUT crowds wet dream and drop like half a billion on.
How's the appeal process going to work? Can we be going into the last week with the ev in the relegation spots only to have a succesfull appeal leapfrog them over some poor schmucks in 17th? Would be typical PL cluster****ery.
Well they at least didn't wait till the final week. Although the next set of penalties for Ev and Forest are likely to be announced in April so it's still going to end up as a **** show very late on.
Paqueta back for the big game tonight. I wish you lot would try and control your excitement.
Bowen brace already lol
2-0, Bowen crushing.
Almost didn't put this on tonight, glad I did crazy start
That's a pen, that's not near enough to shoulder to shoulder
Lol Kudus got away with one there
Reguilon seems perturbed
Toney was off, but the free kick that it came from was less of a free kick than the one the same player did in the box that wasn't given
Reguilon lol
Match ball for Bowen
And that also looked like a pen on first view
Pretty sure you need to stab someone to get a VAR decision changed.
That ball from KDB for Haaland’s second was delicious
That's a great finish by Luton
Just the 5 for Haaland and 4 assists for KDB.
I don't think Luton have really been that bad
Oh and that's a bad miss
