Boniface injury really sucks. I really need bayern to not win the buli for the lulz.
Boniface is an amazing name btw
Dier to Bayern looks like it's going to happen today. People will give him stick but he's been a versatile and half decent player for us at times. Plus loads of good Dier memory bits:
The winning penalty against columbia
Just completely clattering sergio Ramos for no reason
Climbing into the stands to fight a fan
Running off halfway through a game to take a ****
Avoiding about 17 red cards at the battle of the bridge
Rounding Adrian to score the winner vs West Ham on his debut
Nearly murdering about 20 walls that he's absolutely blasted free kicks straight at
Dier is going to Bayern to translate Kane's English to English, which can then be translated to German so people can understand him.
In the amazon docuseries Dier came across as a decent bloke. kind of the Rob Holding of Spurs with a lot more gametime.
I'm happy for him that he gets to have a transfer like that and even win some silverware.
But if by a cruel joke I was a spurs fan I'd be delighted he is leaving. Especially that he is getting replaced by a proper brick shithouse.

Lol
Also I hate that Spurs are seemingly learning and doing transfers this time. While the names being brought up for us are kind of demoralizing
Even though the last two years weren’t much, I’m going to miss Dier.
The ultimate company man. 10 years with Spurs, though he may be most remembered for having to take a poo..
some absolutely unbelievably unlucky jerkoff online casino i havent played on for 7 years emailed me about five free 10p spins
i played them and it returned £3.20, which i put on five numbers in the 'lightning xxx extreme live' casino game
that returned £20.80 which i cleverly reinvested, and that returned a further £19
the next spin failed so i took a short break to recharge my luck juice
i came back with enough for three spins at £12 each, and on the third spin i hit number 8 with 220 of the king's finest pence on it. number 8 had been boosted to 200x and then double extreme xxx boosted to 1000x. it just ****ing plopped in there and stuck
+£2200
tried three more spins and then left in disgust when none of them hit
great bonus, would accept bonus again

The fine print no doubt has some BS about wagering the bonus amount 1000000x before you can withdraw?
doesnt seem like it, the cash from the free spins went into the cash balance rather than the bonus balance
i'm more worried that they'll expect me to verify my ancestry back to the primordial ooze before agreeing to pay out
the withdrawal has been requested and is marked as pending
Ichiro is who immediately comes to mind. Granted, I also think Ichiro’s personality was one where he likely just wanted to play baseball and didn’t want to deal with American journalists. He can speak fluent English from all accounts.
In typical Ichiro fashion, he could speak English very well but didn’t even want to take the slightest chance that he would be misinterpreted when giving public statements.
The discussion reminds me of a favorite Carlos Tevez anecdote that he proudly never learned English because of a “cultural problem,” as his uncle became an alcoholic after the Falklands war and he held a grudge.
I’m sure he wholeheartedly put in a lot of effort to learn Chinese though when he got that 500k/week contract at Shanghai though.
Yes and it rarely happens with native English speakers who are accustomed to others having to learn their language.
Kane taking a grand total of two lessons a week isn't exactly immersing himself in it. By the time his contract ends he'll probably be able to understand signs and shop labels and ask directions but won't have much if any conversational German.
On second thoughts, about the same as his English, then.
I’m actually surprised (in a good way) that he’s putting in the level of effort to take two classes a week in German. I bet that’s a lot more than a lot of players do.
Someone can correct me but I’ve heard that the most difficult thing about German is the grammar. Obviously he’s not going to be running errands or grabbing a pint in town where most normal people pick up the bulk of daily use language stuff but I expect being immersed in the dressing room he’d end his time there fairly ok on a conversational level?

Total destruction of the online casino market after F&BP LLC lost interest in the bookie destruction

Tevez is one of the few players that I probably would’ve smiled at seeing a leg break happen. **** that guy

Paratici has really turned things around in the TM after the relative disasters of the likes of Ndombele and Sanchez. No wonder Levy has contracted him as an "advisor" after his ban from football.
He has rebuilt the entire back like bringing in Vicario, Porro, Romero, VDV and Udogie who have all been huge hits. It's hard to think of any transfers that have been misses in recent years. Gill and Spence the only ones really. But then you weight that against the other hits like Lolo, Sarr, Kulu and Maddison then he/we have really been killing it.
those poor ****ers are funding the lifestyle choices of the 2+2 football thread
Congrats lads. No reason to turn down Ducky's sidebet requests now
I'm sure it won't be long before we get cashy back asking for a few hundred bucks to mess around with.
