I had forgotten there was a game tonight.

Kinda like Purdue.

I had forgotten there was a game tonight.

Purdue too

Deflating

You know they didnt draft Tsiebwe. I aint taking Edey. Would take Tsiebwe first.

Purdue with 4 (!) 3PT attempts to UConn's 20. Do they know that 3 > 2 or did math department get canceled there?

by 72off k

so who is purdue's 2nd best player supposed to be?

.

by TheGramuel k

Feels like UConn figures this out and wins by 10

I underestimated just how good they were

Purdue has 1 plan: Throw it to Edey, let him score 1-1. If he gets doubled, pass it out for an open catch and shoot 3. All tournament long, there was no need for anything else

There is no Plan B for when that doesn't work

It's just the difference between having 5 dudes versus 1 dude and 4 role players.

Most miserable sporting event in my life. Cool.

We need to see Big Red do the UCONN chant

sorry [strike]heels[/strike] redd

sorry [strike]heels[/strike] redd

I'll live. Cbb delivers every year.

2 straight years of just stomping every team they faced absolutely incredible

Too many boilermakers.

Pretty incredible 25 year run for UConn

same thing yesterday with the Women's final

If it makes you feel better, you guys didn't choke, you didn't embarrass yourselves, you didn't blow a winnable game.

Just ran into an absolute juggernaut that was not going to lose to anybody

Nobody has even come close to beating them in the post season in 2 years

Thanks Golden bears, all good. Just frustrating as a fan to watch that game. I wasn't talking ****, I honestly thought Purdue would prevail like they have all year against great teams.

That Hurley interview sounded kind of like "We ain't no Calipari/UK deal here." I love it ... apropos for Calipari attention whore move this weekend. Who will replace him? With some odds I would take Buzz Williams thinking the other major candidates won't happen.

GOAT Programs:

1. UCLA
2. UConn
3. UNC
4. UK
5. Duke
6. KU
7. IU
8. UofL

Purdue deserves to win a title, just bad timing having to run into this UConn team

by FellaGaga-52 k

Buzz Williams

No chance. That would incite a riot.

Yeah and it was no Duke, Florida, UNLV or UCLA returning virtual full teams with their repeats or near repeats. Sick.

Dude is back-to-back POY and scores 37 against the best team in America in the NCAA Finals yet can't play in the NBA?? Could be.
