He's looked off.
Also I have a hard time believing that Bork would have led the Jags to the playoffs if the was their opening day starter.
Maybe not, but I can tell you with absolute certainty Bork doesn’t miss those final 3 throws
Maybe Lawrence is hurt and I’m being too harsh on him but if he isn’t and that’s just him? I dunno what to tell ya
Is an elite deep ball thrower that makes players better on 12+ yard routes.
Is a below average 3/5 step passer that the NFL is thriving on right now.
Is an elite talent at extremely quick and difficult reads.
Is a below average player against shifts in coverage and option routes.
Is a very good QB at moving the pocket.
Is a below average QB outside the pocket.
He's a 15-20 QB right now. His snap to throw ability is something that very few of the NFL qbs have.
I don't like to say this because it's just bad analysis but he tends to make very poor decisions in high pressure situations. It may be due to his struggling to get to that extended read situation.
He played like a second year qb this year though he was in year 3. The more he is evaluted the more understanding that Meyer and Dabo are just not very good at developing QBs and insted are very good at using elite raw talent. Meyer's overall philosophy of stagnant routes over and over to allow for option routes later did not work in the NFL and it just isn't used anywhere in the NFL. But it semi-mirrored Clemson's beliefs as well. Pederson is molding him slowly.
Long story short. Talent is there. He was not as NFL ready as thought. Ability is there and unlike many busts has a ton of highlights and flashes that show that top end talent. Unfortunately he mirrors most busts in his inability to open the field in late game situations and tighten against defensive shifts in play.
Will someone explain to me why coaches don’t rush their team to the line to get off a play when there are highly questionable calls in their favor?
The only thing Cheetah can't do as the NFL's premier wide receiver is catch a football.
Who is bork?
Oh. Yeah, Purdy isn't bringing the Jags to the playoffs either, lol.
I'd feel 0 type of way if Jags moved on from Trevor this off season if that means anything as well.
Son of a ********** I lost 300 betting a buddy cillian murphy doesn’t win for oppenheimer
****ing hollywood
Weren't we fairly flag-free until just a few minutes ago?
Wowzer
A HARTY LAUGH WAS HAD
Cannon shot. Scoring without allowing Jawsh to touch the football is a great football strategy.
whoa, jawsh 4 mvp back on
Holy moly!
Hot Take:
Illegal man downfield for OL will change next season. If they are engaged prior to leaving the window they will not be considered downfield.
oh boy
the rare time that catching the punt inside the 5 works out
That was the quintessential "outkick your coverage"
He knew the trajectory of the ball to go 65+ yards gives him time as well as having a double team on each gunner lets him know he has a window.
No one in football has more control of a situation than the returner on a punt. It is the most unique position.
NOT VAN GINKLE!!!!
Berrios has looked very good blocking in this game so far, had a big block on the Achane TD I think. They had a cross block there on that and he just didn't come down hard enough. Great job by that Bills DB.
Dolphins not really trying to attack a lot with motion right now.
Ahhh, must safer punt style there. I like that one so much more.
