Miami weaponized the sun when they built their stadium. They deserve tonight.
Both the Chefs and Fins are gonna suffer needlessly tonight.
I'm including warm weather teams too. Miami won't be allowed to keep the other team in a sunlight sauna wearing dark colors. 60-70 degree games everywhere. Yes we can.
Moving the game time seems reasonable to me, for safety reasons. What if there was a hurricane in Miami ... everybody understands the necessity of cancelling or moving the game? It's not quite to that level but its close enough. It isn't safe staging the event in terms of coming, going, covering. Similarly fan safety in too frigid temps is an issue, but that's one with no precedent. I always wonder how there are no heart attacks in the stands in such conditions.
Has a playoff game ever been cancelled or moved because of weather? Would be worth looking into. I doubt it.
There's also like a badge of honor feeling about going to games in bad weather. Going to work the next day and people saying "you went to that game?"
I also feel like if you build a dome you create a sterile environment. Tailgating here would drop dramatically. Very difficult to dress for two different climates (10 degrees in the parking lot, 70 in the stadium).
"driving ban"? soros at it again smdh. fight the power, i thought this was america etc
moving the game is literal snowflake behavior, pathetic
Hot take.
Based on my news feed, parking lots at Arrowhead already fill up with people tailgating 4 hours before the game.
I might actually go last minute if my buddy can work out the logistics.
time to get FLACCOWNED
Noah Brown gonna give it a go with a broken back.
Every new NFL stadium from here on out should have a dome with retractable roof. End of story. It's 2023 ffs.
I know the Steelers/Bills delay is due more to the driving ban, but this KC/Miami game tonight is gonna be awful. Oh, you're a great NFL team that made it to the playoffs with speed and elite skill. Let's play your playoff games on the planet Hoth. And let's have NFL games in a monsoon or a foot of snow. SO MUCH ADVERSITY.
If Miami were better, they wouldn't need to play a winter sport in winter conditions. It's football, not cricket, get over it
It’s 2024 and flacbert is playing playoff football
What a time to be alive
Flacco time
Rankins hurt after one play. Test here is both Texan edges against these backup tackles. Don't think Anderson or Greenard played last time.
Stefanski with some pussy ass bullshit to start it off
Don't think Garrett lines up over Tunsil. He'll pick on the RT who is...George Fant back from injury? Not sure if it's him, Tytus Howard, or Heck.
the weekend of upsets starting with today
omg Schultzy
you haz one job
30+ yard drop is a drive killer. So is following it up with a zero yard run.
Houston Chiefs
