there just seems like there's no connection between back to front for england. no linking play. midfield is bellingham who wants to be the striker, Rice who isn't playing particularly well, and TAA who is just walking around for 50-60 minutes a game before heading for the showers.

you end up with your left winger who is already playing out of position, dropping deep to pick up the ball and try to make something happen.

Meh, I don't think VAR did anything wrong there. It was ruled out on the pitch so I agree with royalblue that VAR shouldn't be changing it, even though I think it probably should have been a goal. Obviously if it was given then there's no way VAR should have been ruling it out it.
