Copa América 2024 (now featuring more lolCONCACAF!)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2024_Copa_...
it's south america vs north america vs central america, live from th
yeah, in his garbage goal era, sad
it's not real money, one of them, (i think adin ross) accidentally showed his contract with them before on a livestream
they are given x amount of dollars in free bets each month, they can keep any winnings from those bets
so it's actually really smart when he does stuff like play 20k a spin on number 12 in roulette and plays longshots like that
that's not surprising at all. it's all so shady especially the streaming angle of it trying to lure young people into it.
lol @ 4 minutes. the davies injury and substitution was easily 4 minutes on it's own.. plus the scuffle after the ball kicking.. lol
argentina 1.44 xg 0.81 canada
well,,,,, at least we didn't humiliate ourselves. respectable loss, canada cings of concacaf is where we're at. could be worse, certainly has been historically...
as a neutral watching - canada having a 3-1 "edge" on fouls committed and yellow cards in this match is hilarious...but expected from this ref.
in the end, canada not being able to bury the chances they got is ultimately why they are now out.
oh ****, didn't know there's a 3rd place game in this. we'll prob rotate all our good players out and get absolutely cooked
eustaquio calling out the cpl for not generating any players in his post-game comments 👍
but hey, lets also say mls while we're at it
still mad we didn't just give fikayo tomori like $10m to play for us or whatever
calgary ****s us yet again...
still not over it btw, calgary has done incalculable damage to this program lol
Think it was Panama, who was the last team to make it to the knockout round on their first time in the tournament and they came third. Canada will too. We will be pumped for the game. Loser of Colombia/Uruguay will be dejected and not show up.
Jonathan David was an utter disappointment this tournament
still one more game left
we scored 2 goals in the tournament, david got one and assisted the other. was he great? maybe not. thought he was pretty good in the venezuela match. and he was a helluva lot better than cyle larin for example, who did dick ****ing all the entire time, and was probably outplayed by this random dude from minnesota fc. tajon got hurt and then our attacking unit was david, the useless larin, a random mls dude in shaffelburg, and a random mls wingback in laryea ... pretty easy to see why they didn't generate a lot of offense vs decent south american opposition. also davies failed to get basically anything going from lb/lwb, which was a problem.
and then by the end of this run it seemed like these guys were gassed, think that's what marsch and eustaquio were getting at with their comments about the lack of depth. too many games, too hot out, these guys got tired. and david probably in particular, he did a lot of running out there. idk, just feel like singling out david for blame is way off here.
today
colombia v uruguay (charlotte, north carolina)
referee: césar ramos (mexico)
weather: danger of dehydration and heatstroke if outside for extended periods of time
hi: 34°, feels like 40°. tonight: mostly cloudy lo: 22°
world #4 vs 5 in elo rating battle for the right to play argentina for the trophy. as mentioned earlier, colombia haven't lost in 29 months, but la celeste are as stiff a test as any. quite literally going by their previous match, a 41-foul slugfest vs brazil. hopefully there's more quality play than fighting in this one. could be quite a match if cooler heads prevail, but given the stakes and the heat, that might not be possible.
line is basically a pick'em for tonight
slight edge to colombia imo because they seem more likely to score a goal in regulation
darwin down carolina honouring jake delhomme with some epic barn dot jiff action rn
lol munoz, what an idiot
Colololumbia
yeah both of munoz's bookings were dumb as hell. maybe don't elbow a guy in the ribs next time you've already on a yellow
but the main point is: lerma >>>>>>>>>>>>>> darwin
also, luis suarez might be walkin thru dat door...
Uruguay offense could use a sub help put some bite into it's attacking
What the hell is going on
Refshows all over the summer of soccer
