I can’t believe this team finished behind Panama and watched them qualify for a World Cup (and this team missed that 2018 World Cup), and now a few years later Panama wins the head to head match in the US, and advances to the quarterfinals while the US gets eliminated.

Hard to be excited for a World Cup in the US after this performance. Hard to be excited if you’re a Mexico fan too.

Canada and Panama are the CONCACAF teams that advance while the US and Mexico are playing at home and fail to advance. Mexico even lost a game in LA. Who would have expected that?
