Also, it would be too big an advantage to be able to take the side the least players selected, especially for those trailing in the standings.

Can we not change our Sunday picks before Sunday?
I get my picks down to include the Thursday games, and by then I have leans for the Sunday games,
But my favorite NFL podcasts do previews on Thurs/Fri, and it informs my thinking about the weekend’s games.
In previous years the price of waiting to pick Sunday games is you give up the Thursday game.

Submit a full slate of picks before each week's Thursday Night Football kickoff to get full credit.
Any submissions after that get an automatic zero for TNF but are still eligible for credit for the rest of the sunday/monday games.
Any submissions after 1pm eastern on Sundays get a big fat zero for the week 😃

I’ve listened to Bill Simmons’ Guess the Lines since he started it with Cousin Sal way back in 2007. That’s more for entertainment than informative.
For a more data-driven, analytical bent, I really like Steve Palazollo and Sam Monson. They were on the flagship NFL podcast on PFF for years, and just this off-season they’ve moved to another football internet startup called the 33rd team. Their podcast now is called Check the Mic.
For fantasy draft prep, I think the CBS fantasy football podcast is the best in the business. I simply don’t have enough podcast bandwidth to follow it during the season, though.
Those are just the football podcasts I like, lol. I still have to make time for politics, current events, finance, and business podcasts during the week.
