he's actually improved since week 1. such a perfectionist he'll probably put in work to become serviceable, but week 1 he literally couldn't form complete sentences. he still runs into issues where he says three words and runs out of steam, but he'll find some go-to phrases just like romo did ("i want you to watch right here") to plug the gaps

You know that halting, self-interrupted delivery he had going on early on was a function of the exact thing I was pointing up about his potential announcing. His whole BS way of talking in press conferences throughout the decades was running into, "That just won't work here, and now something else is demanded of me but I don't have it naturally and I'm faking it ..." (From a linguist specialist 😀.)
