Best Thread Nom

There's still no nominations with more than 2 likes, so we should be able to take this down. Do the nomination rickroll!

Be sure to use this link to get to where you can vote. If you use the link in the announcement sticky, as of now, it weirdly goes to an old version of the thread for me that still only has 7 posts, at least it does for me.

This is the explanation for the random username:

To log in under the same nickname, he can use the same username and password he uses to log in to vBulletin.

The reason this happened to him is because he logged in to the new forum using a Gmail account that wasn't used to register on the vBulletin forum, which gave him a new random nickname

***EMERGENCY PROPOSAL***

In the NBA, the Pacers are currently about to beat the 33-4 Cleveland Cavs by 15 in Cleveland. Due to a schedule quirk, these two teams play again in two days in Indy

The Pacers lost their best player (Tyrese Haliburton) to a hamstring injury and he's unlikely to play.

I would suggest we bet 3% on CLE giving up whatever the spread ends up being. Cavs are good, they're healthy, and it's tough to beat a team on back to back nights.

Aye aye aye and I encourage others to aye as well.

Cavs could treat it as like a statement game too.

????

I for some reason thought Bucs winning at home was part of the parlay bet. It wasn't. Yay us, looks like Ravens/Bills/Eagles came in.

I figured that was your reason but didn't want to assume. Glad it wasn't Tampa Bay as part of the parlay!

Jayden Daniels!!!

I bet commanders ML

omg same, was actually thinking it was all home teams today and when i was looking at lines and did the mental math that we got terrible odds given tb was only like -140 or something so i was hoping perhaps i was confused and we another team from sat

Haliburton currently listed as a GTD, but if he plays, it will likely be in a diminished role. The line isn't out yet, but I still like this one.

Pacers are playing inspired ball right now, but Cleveland went up 15 with 10 minutes to go in the 3rd and proceeded to make 3 FGs between that time and 4:12 remaining in the 4th (!!!). I don't see them doing that again, even if the game is in Indy.

My hope: Books make it a bit too close (last game was Cavs -8.5, maybe this one is Cavs -4), Cavs get revenge.

It's Monday which means proposals are open again, vote up on Thursday evening as usual so try find something for the weekend 👍
