They're not going to do anything, that's just standard Barcelona propaganda. Always someone else's fault, especially Madrid's fault. And it still works for a large portion of their fanbase.

Just ignore the fact that Xavi failed, the levers failed, still billions in debt, mediocre team, won't win anything, Madrid are toying with them every chance they get and that's without Mbappe or a striker. Who knows when the new stadium will be ready. Who knows what'll happen when the Negreira case ends. Tried to shake Nike down, didn't work. All the young players they hyped up in these past few years and they have nothing to show for. Can't afford a top coach, won't be able to buy much if they don't sell well in the summer. Might have to stick with Xavi, which is hilarious.
