2024 NFL Draft Thread

If this feels like déjà vu, that's because it is. For the second season in a row, the Panthers have the #1 overall pick

Everyone happy tonight full of hope, except ATL. Sad

And the Panthers. We have single-handedly create a Bears dynasty. Now that's NFL history.

DAMNIT

better grab Mitchell now

My expectation is likely a trade down for them unless 1 of 2 players drop. One being a wideout and one being an interior DL. I do not get trade up vibes.

.

Getting close to winning teams taking picks. The teams that actually know what they are doing.

.

nice booty they rcvd too

ok I want Mitchell

make it happen Mike Brown

Think that's a decent haul for the Jags but with the Vikings getting someone who could/should have gone top 10 I don't really hate the move on their end

Both sides win

JAC picked up the equivalent of the 20th pick in that trade fwiw

won't ruin it for ppl watching but not happy w CIN pick

edit to say: actually not too pissed w the pick. prob best to address OT now even tho we had our pick of Mitchell and Arnold

Bengals should have traded up to Bowers or Murphy.

So does that mean that MN will not have a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th next year?

After a Sam Darnold/rookie QB season?

Seems bad for Minnesota. They're mostly in rebuild mode and they give up a third and fourth next year to move up six spots?

Jags were picking Murphy. With him off the board and no falling WR it was either a CB or trade.

If bowers is everything we’ve been led to believe he is and Minshew can pretend to be everything we believe he is the raiders have a pretty potent offense

I never would have dreamed that anything could make me a Raiders fan. If I ever say anything about wishing Henry Ruggs' attorney would discover a technicality, please shoot me.

Mims only has 8 starts under his belt, while missing 6 games to an ankle injury that required tightrope surgery. He also suffered a hamstring injury running his second 40-yard dash at the 2024 NFL Scouting Combine.

Great pick!

Anyone have good players that have fallen too far? Im assuming there must be a ton of good defense players.

I never went this far looking at youtubes of players in mock drafts. I'm lost here

Top CB's are still out there. I'm a little surprised.

Interested in what bills do, Josh needs help, but there has to be so much better defense picks now. Every team needs help, but its bleak in buffalo

They should probably draft a HC

Was hoping the Stealers would take Graham Barton here, but with Quinyon still available I would be favorable to them going that direction.

Yes HC too, but they have to be soo desperate for a number one wideout

Feels like packers are loaded with young talent on offense, they will just be stealing a defense player the way draft has gone.

I "think" I like my Bears draft so far. I don't trust any rookie QB's but then again my recent experience is Trubisky and Fields and the fact that the only competetant QB they ever drafted in my lifetime was McMahon.

You got robbed in ‘86 when McMahon got injured. I really wonder what would’ve happened if he was healthy.

Bo Jackson always will be the biggest “what if” but I often think of the Bears too.
