IMO Vikings could have done a little better there 3rd and 6.

If you are planning to throw into EZ then let clock run down to 15 sec or so. If you are in 2 down territory you can leave a bit more on the clock but you also need to consider run plays or quick pass. If the clock is running on 4th down DET will then be forced to take their final TO of the half.

Of course MIN kicker did them no favors saving DET 5 seconds + 10 yards.

3 points are huge in this game.
