In reality that faux Russell performance in the 4th qtr was the worst possible thing for their playoff chances.

i didn't mind that timeout. additional rest for Hendrickson who was blowing up play after play (especially during PIT's 4th Q drives)
now regarding Zac's use of second half timeouts
The Bengals used timeouts on offense during two third-quarter drives (during last wk's DEN game), adding to their league-leading total this season (10 of 35 third-quarter drives for 29 percent, more than double the rate for any other team).
Cincy has used timeouts on offense during 15 percent of all third-quarter drives since Taylor was hired in 2019, the highest rate in the league and more than twice the average for other teams.

feel pretty good the NYJ will handle MIA in the cold. they are faves and Fraudgers prob realizes this is the last time he'll be suiting up in an NFL game. he'll want to go out on a high note
hitting the inside straight on the river w KC is going to be the issue. going to need one of Nix' early career performances (QBRs of 37, 31, 28 and 21 in four of his first five career starts) which isn't out of the realm of possibility.
that said, we're going to also need Wentzlaaaaah not to rear his ugly head. ffs bungles fans are screwed!!
