Question regarding new challenge rule in major league baseball

Pitcher, catcher, and batter are able to challenge a ball/strike call in MLB spring training and some (maybe all now?) MiLB. I think they are getting 2 challenges in spring training currently. Probably move to the rule change or MLB thread for more details.
