**** 2025 Season-long NFL PEEHS! ****
Hello again, football fans!
It’s that time of year again! The premier, flagship contest of SE, Season-Long NFL PEEH
Our next ace is the San Francisco 49ers. Injuries have struck, again, with Purdy out maybe 6 weeks, but Mac Jones and friends was enough to defeat the moribund Saints. For now, McCaffrey is upright, and there's no denying his talent when he's in there.

Our final ace for this question is surprise of the season so far, the Indianapolis Colts. Daniel Jones looks rejuvenated, Jonathan Taylor is reminding people he's absolutely one of the elite backs in the league, and Camryn Bynum is entertaining everyone, including the mascot, with his turnover celebrations. They also start divisional play this weekend, against the Titans, so we'll see how long they can keep this going.

With a SHEEP score of 15, plus 7 different correct answers submitted, myself and the other incorrects will receive a score of 22 for this question.
Here are the scores after 2 questions! As always, let me know if you spot a mistake.
Names in bold have a perfect game going.
...Bidz has officially created a monster, as we welcome TechSupport to the top spot!
And there I am, wayyyyyyy down in the Trollface Memorial Club, just like the start of last season. At least I'm still live, and not already dead, for Week 3.
That's all for this week!
Enjoy the games this weekend, and we'll have the Question 3 Reveal on Monday, where we'll find out who dropped their home opener!
this is fun
That herbal supplement I added to Earl's diet seems to be working. 15 out of 16 in SWAMI and now this.

ahh! The air seems fresher when you're not the tail of a donkey.
ETA: BTW, you misspelled consorted.
Our next most popular incorrects were played by 2 entrants. What is going on in South Beach? The Miami Dolphins came out and looked like the worst team in the NFL in Week 1, then dropped the home opener vs the Patriots. Lots of ugly talk coming out of their locker room and coaching staff. It doesn't get any easier, as they try to turn it around in Buffalo tomorrow night.

I suck at this game. But at least I’m still beating the host, alphabetically.
I’ve considered sending a DM with updated answers. Just for my mental state.
Also played by 2 players, including yours truly, is the New England Patriots. I believed the hype, and drank the Kool-Aid (and probably listen to Bill Simmons' podcast too much), and liked their opening slate. Unfortunately for me, the Raiders came into Foxborough and got the win.

Probably quite a few of us looking for the G men to lose this home opener tonight, lol.
Who's here? It's time for the Question 3 Reveal!
3. Name a team that will have lost its HOME opener by the end of Week 3.
Another pretty sharp field for this question.
We have 41 correct answers, and 13 incorrect answers.
We'll start with reviewing the incorrects first.
I'm here. Giants rock.
The most popular incorrect answer, though not the SHEEP, was the 5 contestants who played the Jacksonville Jaguars. They handily defeated the Panthers at home in Week 1.

Our next most popular answer was played by yours truly, and one other lost soul. I went full homer, and picked the Carolina Panthers to lose at home to my terrible Atlanta Falcons in Week 3. We all saw what happened, Penix was garbage, and that performance has us yearning for the days of Kirk Cousins being a statue in the pocket... but at least he could get the ball out. The good will from our maybe-frisky defense is all wiped away with that abortion of a performance. Hopefully better days are ahead.
I remain secure, in my place in the Trollface Memorial Club.

The remaining 6 incorrects went ace hunting. The Cincinnati Bengals lost Joe Burrow in Week 2, but Jake Browning came in to save the day at home vs. the Jaguars.
J.E.C
The Buffalo Bills played a thrilling home opener in Week 1 vs the Ravens, but somehow came back in the end to win.
CieloAzor
The surprisingly frisky Arizona Cardinals comfortably handled the Panthers at home in Week 2.
Punker
The Indianapolis Colts are 3-0, Indiana Jones has the best passer rating in the NFL, and I am very satisfied with my fantasy investment in Jonathan Taylor! They embarrassed the Dolphins at home in Week 1.
Needle77
The Philadelphia Eagles are also 3-0, after a crazy game this weekend. But they became incorrect for this question when they held on in Week 1 for the opener against the Cowboys.
TimTimSalabim
And finally, the Green Bay Packers made a statement in Week 1, and won their home opener vs their kryptonite from last year, beating the Lions. They proceeded to lose a dumb game this week, to the Browns, who might have a legit defense. We'll see how they respond, after this game.

There is only 1 correct answer that wasn't played by the field!
The Houston Texans lost at home in Week 2 to the Buccaneers.
