Pretty pumped for this, feels like it's been ages. No idea about predictions, just UK bias rooting for Paddy and Allen.

Any idea if the move to Paramount will effect the actual broadcast at all, or just how people are getting it?

Excited to have UFC back after such a long layoff. I still don't know if Paramount Plus is available in Canada though. The only fights I'm excited for next week are the Gaethje vs Pimblett fight and O'Malley vs Yadong.

I think I want a lot of exposure to the last 3 fights of the night. Mostly Paddy.

But I won't start deep diving into the slate until tomorrow night. I do think I'm going to be a little more diverse and probably won't be higher than 70% on any one fighter.

I kind of fancy Gaethje for the upset. I feel like Pimblett is a hype train with not much substance behind it - let's be honest, he definitely lost the Jared Gordon fight. The problem is i'm not sure Gaethje has the ground skills to match Paddy.

Gaethje also getting older and maybe less durable and prone to knockouts. If it was a standing contest, i'd take Gaethje. I don't think his wrestling / BJJ skills will compete with Pimblett.

Gaethje started as a wrestler . His bjj prolly isn’t great though .

I’m heavy on Hokit and Gaethje .

I guess i'll take a small wager. I have a soft spot for Gaethje and don't think Paddy does well when he's taken into deep waters.

I would love to see that fight go into the 4th or 5th rounds. Paddy has to be careful swinging recklessly, and I think he will.

For the main card, I'm thinking:
Jean Silva TKO
Not smart enough to talk about the women's fight, but from what I hear, it sounds like it'll be a good striking match
Derrick Lewis TKO (Waldes can easily wax him but I'm rooting for Derrick big time)
O'Malley Decision
Paddy Submission in the 3rd round
