3pt made this season:
Buddy Hield (2gm)- 13
The Indiana Pacers basketball team (2gm)- 12
That's Buddy "Klay who?" Hield to you.
No, that's Buddy "come back, you can blame it all on me" Hield to me.
Russ needs more help
Did you see their first game?
When he came into the game he got a standing ovation from the Denver fans!
7 Jokić threes not enough
Gotta go with no ... but if he does he'll probably end up #2 it looks like.
Needles
In the clutch with score tied, Nurse challenges an OOB called in favor of Indy.
The ball came off Nesmith but after review they decide to award 2 FT's to Nesmith for a loose ball they missed on the rebound. Did not think that was possible???
Pretty sure the last 8 minutes of Sixers-Pacers took about 45min total
Maxey a savage, not sure what happened to Haliburton
Indy torpedoed their offense for no reason.
Haliburton was 22/4/2 and was 4/9 from 3. How the hell does the guy that lead the NBA in Assists last year have only 2? Because they constantly run the offense through Andrew Nembhard for some reason.
It's so bizarre. Should we do that thing that nearly set records last year? Nah, let's slow it down for literally no reason.
New rule; officials can now assess Proximity Fouls during review. The same type of thing happened to Detroit against Boston on Saturday night. Bickerstaff challenged an incorrect out-of-bounds call and ended up with one of his players was assessed a foul. Detroit didn't gain possession, had an individual & team foul assessed and lost the ability to challenge a second time. Those back row coaches staring at their tablets to advise the head coach on when to challenge are going to have to be more careful than in the past.
Banchero with a cool 37
Knacks flopping all over the place in the third game of the season. Sad!
Pacers revert to last year's 7 seconds or less Pacers, have a great 3 quarters including a 39 pt 3rd. Haliburton 4/9 from 3 and 1 rebound away from a triple double. Paolo has the best shooting night of his career and Pacers are still up 7.
4th quarter they go back to Nembhard running the offense, score 17, and choke the game away.
Why are they like this
Is Nembhard this generations Jerome James? People are asking.
Also super stoked that the Clippers are now the 2016 Rockets with less shooting. If they can keep that pick they give to OKC somewhere in the 5-10 range that’ll be a win for the year.
is there a 1 for 2 type deal the nuggets can do for Porter?
i guess if murray keeps playing like this then it isn't going to matter but that team is in desperate need of rotation nba players and maybe needs to trade a dollar for 2-3 quarters (schroder, finney, someone else, something like that)
other take is Zach Edey probably isn't winning rookie of the yr, he just isn't that good and a team trying to win 50 isn't gonna wait around for him to develop by giving him big minutes, so who is? i dunno but probably someone is undervalued betting wise
lakers look pretty good to me, AD looks great, if they could swing a deal for 1-2 more rotation guys i could see them being live vs dallas/OKC and even boston if KP is out.
philly is going to seriously struggle to stay out of the play-in if embiid and george are taking half the season off, went 16-27 last yr when embiid didn't play and this team is just as bad, maybe worse with no Harris/Melton
all i got for now
Raptors really need some lotto luck.
We have good players. Quickly RJ Scottie Yak, Dick developing, those are all players other teams would want.
I'm scared they're too good to make the lottery outright. Or rather, they can't out tank the likes of Washington, Charlotte, and Detroit.
I'm pretty interested in what's going on there. They will be in the lottery. Playing Mogbo and Battle to start the year. So much Davion Mitchell. Definitely tanking. The Quickley injury was the best thing they could have asked for to just sink to the bottom of the league.
Dick playing decent through three games. I'm not optimistic
Memphis paid Brooklyn to take their #10 pick. Revenge game tomorrow
This Frenchie might just be fried
10 points, 2 assists, and 3 steals in the first half for Williams
bronny james scored a basket tonight! first one in the NBA.
over/under 20 minutes of coverage of this monumental achievement on SportsCenter tonight?
