Chiefs are the heels but it seems more like Hogan in WCW when he had it written in his contract he wouldn't lose so the good guys didn't really win much

Life is a game of inches.

That's what she said!

I feel bad for Josh, the Bills, and Bills fans. I would have rooted hard for them if they won.

I also feel bad for the bills.

by suzzer99 k

Screw the Eagles and their douchenozzle trash-talking coach. I'll never feel bad for them.

The eagles don't really have a HC

by Neuge k

Sigh. I'm glad I'm going to be out of the country for this Super Bowl

This sounds like a good idea

Suzzer, you are welcome that philly let you have Andy Reid.

Don't know why I even care about the Bills game. Their defensive backfield was Cole Bishop, Elam, the Hammer, and a dude my age.

The Eagles just scored 50+ with Landon Dickerson limping at OC and Jalen Hurts acting like this isn't his full time job and suzzer is talking **** about eagles fans?

You guys know your stuff. Any credibility to all those controversial calls in the Bills-Chiefs game?

The 4th down short ruling ruined the Bills. Other than that, no.

I didn't watch the game closely, but supposedly a play happened shortly before that and they ruled it short of a first down too...did his knees really touch the ground or did he lung successfully past the line?

How about that joint possession, how did they explain that?

It was only a misdemeanor.

Fact is, Josh had the ball down 32-29 with a chance to be a hero, and failed to deliver.

The 3rd down one was the one I thought the Bills should have challenged so to some extent they shot themselves in the foot, but I think they figured they were never going to win a challenge and just quickly went for it again on 4th.

I don't think I trashed the fans. But Siriani has absolved me of any guilt from beating them.

You guys can have the other ones. But let's not retcon history on this one. That was a dumb challenge.

Chiefs were going to get the ball at the 20-25 with a first down even if that was ruled incomplete or interception (over a very legit penalty).

That would have allowed the Chiefs to bleed a lot more clock and either get a TD or a FG, making it much less likely the Bills score before half (which they did).

When it's Bills/Chiefs you always have to think like basketball and try to get a 2 to 1 before the end of a half.

Dumb challenge by McDermott. As a Chiefs fan, I was hoping the challenge would work.

No idea why they'd think that when the Chiefs had been stuffing the Bills version of the tush push.

It's weird that the Eagles can still run the tush push just fine with a gimpy backup center, but no other team can replicate it to nearly the same level of success.

What is going on there? Is it all Hurts?

Josh definitely needs to work on his qb sneak in the offseason. Or they need to use a tight end there like the Ravens.

I kept track of questionable calls during the game. Surprisingly there were only two calls that I would call questionable. Both favored the Chiefs.

1. Phantom Face Mask - 15-yard penalty in the 1st quarter. Gave the Chefs an extra 15 yards plus the completion, which put them much nearer the endzone. Lead to a TD.

2. 4th Down Bills at midfield near the end. Ref who had the best view of the ball spotted it as a 1st down. Ref who had no view of the ball and only saw Jawsh's back spotted short and ran up and overturned the other ref's spot. Reviewed and call stood since there wasn't a good tv angle.

We've seen worse in Chefs' games and the Bills made plenty of mistakes so it's hard to say the Bills got screwed. These two calls did directly help determine the outcome of the game though.

Sadly, the Bills had more than one opportunity to put away the Chiefs, but did not deliver... making the two first down miscalls plays relevant.
how about they concentrate on the former before they complain about the later.
I had said before the game that the Chiefs were Vulnerable... and they were.

I thought it was always money but alas not vs KC.

The ref who had the "better view" was blocked by Chris Jones.

It's going to be very tough to spot the ball accurately on toosh push. Think it normally benefits the offense tbh but didn't here.

There were a couple bad calls on the Chiefs.

The DPI on the Hollins TD was terrible. Didn't matter because Hollins caught it, but that would have been huge.

The false start when Oliver was clearly offsides made it 3rd and 15 instead of 3rd and 5 and basically killed the drive.

oh stop with this one. it didn't even count.

That was a facemask. A visor doesn't absolve a player from putting his hand up there and moving the helmet. His finger tips also did grab the actual mask component and twist it. I don't see how this is even remotely controversial.

Like if the visor wasn't there his hand was going inside the helmet. We should penalize players for wearing visors and player safety overall?
