NBA - Advice Needed to get general idea about a bet

Hello, hoping someone sees this and could either give they're best good guess or point me in direction of how I might find out an answer to it.

My question is if the NBA's under/overs are off by seasons end by 10% taken as an average. What should this season (taken as a typically preferrably) would the particular bets odds decrease on what is called an NBA Futures "Division Exact," bet: It's where you'd bet on the 1st/2nd finishing teams in each division per bet... so it's a combination of the two(1st AND 2nd finishers)

What I'd very much like someone to give me they're best estimation is if a 6-leg parlay (so all 6 divisions) pays $3,175 for $1 as of right now. How much should $1 on the mid-seasons favorites pay if the entire season went according to plan(in terms of the under/overs being right on target.)
