Bet365 trying to delay withdrawal

So over two weeks now I've been fighting with them. They've been pulling all the tricks to delay this thing. For example they filled a form on my account to say that my first name is something completely else than my real first name and then asking why is it different first name on my bank statement than the name on my bet365 account. Also as another example, they told me to make a scanned copy of my bank statement. I did that. But then they said that they don't accept scanned copies, has to be a digital photo. So this is the kind of stuff these "con artists" pull.

I wish I had used me coming out publicly as vigorish against them so maybe they would stop lying to me and proceed with the withdrawal. I guess I can do that still in the future. Also I guess it would help if I threatened to sue them, which I definitely will look into if they delay this thing further. Any other tips in this situation?
