BetOnline RBC Round 1 wagers not graded?

I have pending wagers open after almost 24 hrs of round 1 being completed. Any of you guys bet golf in BetOnline and having this issue?

I contacted their support on yesterday and they said it was an issue grading the lines. Still no resolution closing in on 24 hours.
