Coinpoker cancelled my "in play" bets

I made 4 bets on coinpoker sportsbook (total $175) three of which have been in play since February this year. A few days days ago I noticed they were not showing in my account, I contacted support who told me they had to cancel my bets as they had changed sportsbook provider. my initial stakes have been refunded.

One of the bets was Oscar Piastri to win the F1 drivers championship who is currently leading the championship.

I have had several emails with coinpoker support who have told me they are unwilling to change their position.

Anyone think its worth going to the regulator (uk) or just right it off to experience?
