BetOnline Lock Out

Hello,
Does this forum still have a BOL rep posting? I have been a customer since the old owners (who stiffed everyone), so for well over 20 years. I have always had the same account and am not a huge bettor. But a week ago I was locked out, contacted customer service, sent in my verification again... And haven't heard from them since. I am not really worried since I haven't don't anything wrong but was wondering if the rep here could help me get back on line ASAP.
