LFG PLO4c, NLH, MTTs

I am looking for a serious study group or partner to get better at poker and climb higher stakes.

Currently playing
- 25/50PLO (main)
- 25/50NLH
- $15 MTTs X2 a week at regular pub, average 50 runners (turbo). I managed to always final table or top 16.
- 2/3 live cash (I find it easier to win but make less BB overall)
- 2/5 live cash (only if there is less reg on the table)
- 2/5 live PLO (if ever it gets up)

I used to be a high stakes poker dealer at a casino. I mainly delt main event final tables and high stakes PLO/NLH cash.

Dealer experience 5 years, been serious playing poker just 1.5years.
