Looking for 2-4 NL100+ Tryhard Study Partners
Hey everyone,
I’m looking for 2-4 highly motivated study partners for online cash games 6max (NL100+ preferred) who are complete tryharders and want to become world-class poker players. I care more about mindset, discipline, and work ethic than current stakes.
Ideally, poker is your main priority right now, with a full-time level commitment (50-60+ hrs/week including play and study).
About me:
- Professional esports background
- Played 5 years in the best Clash of Clans team in the world
- Team results: 1x World Champion, 2x World Runner-up, 1x 3rd place, 1x 5th place
- Team tournament earnings: $1M+
- In Rocket League, I was also Ranked Leaderboard #1 worldwide
- Started poker last year at NL2 and now play NL100
Poker is my new chapter, and I want to become one of the best players in the world here too (Top 100 goal minimum). I want to achieve that goal together with other ambitious grinders who aim just as high.
From esports, I learned that being surrounded by elite competitors makes progress faster and the journey more enjoyable. That’s why I want to build a small circle of crushers who push each other hard and hold each other accountable.
What I’m looking for:
- Regular study sessions / hand reviews
- Honest feedback, no ego
- Consistent volume and discipline
- Long-term mindset
- English/German speaking / Discord active

Hey
I also started poker last year, had my first depo in june, didnt play much until mid august. Started with 2nl. In January I graduated uni in computer science and since then I am all in on poker. I am basically not doing anything else besides poker, stoppped partying, drinking, deleted social media.
I already tried shot taking 100nl twice, failed. I am on a downswing currently, decided to buy Upswing Lab 2.0 like 2 weeks ago. Since then I am studying like 6-7 hours a day and playing 1-2 hours. After I finished Lab 2.0 I will make another schedule for myself.
I might not be at your level right now but we have similar goals and I am ready to continue putting in as many hours into poker every week as my brain can handle.
