I am a really shitty 2NL player and I want to improve. I hate how bad my play is and I just want help and encouragement that I can do this. I want to badly as i enjoy the game i just dont have the skills/understanding yet. (something hasnt clicked maybe? idk(

Hero should autorebuy to 100BB ? Check if that option is available in the Lobby somewhere . Find a study group, study a lot ... get your ranges sorted, play in position a lot more.
If its allowed to use , buy Poker Tracking Software and save and analyze your play after ....
Play regular tables when you learning , 2 should be fine you can add 2 more when you get a grip of the game , dont play more than that.

great suggestions. but no resources listed. no study groups found yet. I doubt anyone wants to help someone like me who ends up punting in spots I should just be folding. (i have NO decent clue how to range my opponent) so how am i supposed to be winning ever....

C bet flop for 1/3 pot. As played with his sizing I fold on the flop and am definitely folding on the turn.
I dont play online anymore the games are too tough and nitty you will probably have to get a coach to win substantially or do significant studying on your own.
What are you thinking about on the turn? What hands are you beating?
Get your **** together man ...you can google out everything ....fe Preflop opening ranges from any position...3 beting ranges preflop...calling ranges OOP, IP ... cbeting ranges ... get some solver or watch instructional videos on YT ..
As i ve mentioned study a lot .... and do not get too fancy OOP , 3B only monsters for the start
Play tight aggresssive below 20 percent VPIP , PFR even lower , 3b only QQ?KK?AA,AKs,AKo for the start
